This privacy policy explains how Bryxo Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles information provided through the Bryxo website, account signup, demo requests, contact forms, live chat, and product service.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, firm details, role information, messages you send to us, marketing preferences, demo or enquiry context, and technical information such as browser, device, page, referral, and analytics events. If you use Bryxo, additional account and workspace information may be processed to provide the service.

Your Rajoka ID

Your account is a Rajoka ID, a single sign-in for Rajoka group services, operated by a company in the Rajoka group named in Rajoka ID's own privacy notice. We create it for you when you sign up here; you do not need a second registration. Rajoka ID holds your name, the email addresses you verify, your sign-in security settings (including two-factor methods) and a record of which Rajoka services you use. It does not hold the data you enter inside those services. You can see and manage your Rajoka ID, and the services connected to it, at identity.rajoka.com, and you can delete it there; deleting it removes your access to every connected service.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, manage demo requests, operate the website and service, understand product interest, improve Bryxo, protect the service, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Processors and connected services

Bryxo may use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, CRM intake, communication, forms, live chat, email, and product infrastructure. These providers process information only for the purposes needed to run Bryxo and support prospective or current users.

Your compliance space at Certivus

When you create your firm in Bryxo, we also set up your firm's space in Certivus, the Rajoka compliance-checking service, so that identity and anti-money-laundering checks on your clients work from day one without a second sign-up. Certivus is operated by a company in the Rajoka group, named in Certivus's own privacy notice. Both companies are in the UK; your data does not leave the UK for this purpose.

To set the space up we send Certivus: your firm's name and company registration number, your Rajoka ID and email address, and an internal reference for your Bryxo account. If Certivus already holds a firm with the same owner and the same company registration number, we will ask you in Bryxo whether to attach to it; nothing is attached until you say yes.

When you run a check from Bryxo, the details you enter about your client are sent to Certivus on your instruction and processed there on your behalf; you remain responsible for that data as its controller, and the Certivus operator processes it for you under a written agreement with Bryxo Limited.

The space is yours. You can open Certivus directly at any time with the same Rajoka ID, and you keep it, with its records, if you stop using Bryxo. Certivus's own privacy notice explains how it handles data in the space and for how long it is retained.

Payments and billing

Charges for Certivus work started from Bryxo are billed to you by Bryxo Limited and settled with the Certivus operator within the group; you are not charged twice.

Your choices

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also ask us to stop non-essential marketing contact.

Status of this policy

This policy may be updated as Bryxo develops and may include more detail about product workspaces, retention periods, subprocessors, international transfers, and user rights.
